Train Ride

Jackson here. Here are two things Mom and Dad didn't tell us about the history of the train we rode on this past weekend: 1. The line that is now used by the New Hope Valley Railway was previously used to carry plutonium to the Shearon-Harris Nuclear Plant, and 2: Um... I forget the other one, because I have radiation sickness...

Anyway, here's some pictures. And yes, Mom and Dad are making a rare appearance on the blog - I'm giving them some love, so they'll take us on more fun trips. You have to give them positive reinforcement or they'll have tantrums.

It looks like you had a lot of fun on the train ride. Maybe this summer you can come take a ride at Strasburg. They have a great train there. They also have a museum with lots of old trains. You can make believe you are riding on the train when you play with Thomas! Grandma C.
