Getting The Tree

Jackson here. It may look easy, but selecting and decorating the Christmas tree actually takes a lot of work. Check that: it takes other people a lot of work. In this case, my parents.

Here's how to do it.

First, you select a tree:



You're looking for one that, preferably, won't fall down on your little brother.

Second, have your brother set up the train, lest you get a sore back or, even worse, an electric shock (not to mention the blame if it gets broken):



Third, hire movers to bring the 57 boxes of ornaments down from the attic. And finally, find some homeless guy to hold you up while you put on the star:



And that's it. Sit back and enjoy:

Your tree is BEAUTIFUL. What a good choice. I hope Donovan got the train set up and that you can both play with it. You should take a picture of the tree, now that it is finished. How did the gingerbread house turn out? We should see that, too. Christmas is a great time of year! Enjoy. Grandma C.
