My Soccer Career...
... has now officially begun. I scored four goals in my first game - 2 for my team and 2 for the other team. Some fans thought I was confused, but the truth is, I just want to be fair to everyone. Some other personal stats from the game:
- Throw-ins: 2
- Times ran out of bounds: 27
- Times on the ground: 11
- Substitutions: 3 (I really didn't like being the substitute - this number needs to come down)
- Temperature at game time: 45 degrees
- Number of shirts worn: 2
- Minutes I was cold: 0 (I'm never cold)
- Number of games I have played this season: 1
- Number of games Jackson has played this season: 0 (his game was rained out)
- Time my first game started: 9 am (about the time I wake up on the weekend)
- Number of games Mom and Dad will attend this weekend: 4 (barring more rain-outs)
- Band-aids worn: 2
- Pictures Dad took and posted to our Flickr site: 20

What GREAT pictures. And to think you scored goals without really practicing. It must be all those games you went to with Mom and Dad when Jackson played last year. Or maybe it was the training you did when you were here, running in the fields. Or maybe it is the games you play in your yard. Who knows!! It sounds like your career got off to a booming beginning.
