I suspect the officer kept things under control for Trick-or-Treat night in the neighborhood. Jeff seems to have a problem with his helmet. Maybe the road dust from other cars blows it around on his head. Very cute costumes, and very easy for the boys to act their parts! Happy Halloween. Hope you got lots of treats.
