Go Yankees!

Jackson here. Don't let the exclamation point in the title of this post fool you, life isn't good in the DeWitt House. The Yankees have started the season 5-8, and although Dad keeps trying to tell me that the Yankees and Durham Bulls never lose, I know better.

George had his little hissy fit the other day, and, well, I'm not proud to say I had mine. Let me 'splain... no, there's no time, let me sum up. I have this Derek Jeter bobblehead, you see...

I'm very fond of it... play pretend games, keep it close by during games, that sort of thing. But when the Yankees were swept by the freakin' Orioles last week, I lost it a little...

I know, I know, I'm too young to take these things seriously, but as Big Stein said "enough is enough."

Hey - the Orioles swept the Yankees - and George S. loses it!
DoDad can't remember his password.

Your Yankees will be okay. A team with that many superstars will come together and win a lot of games. The bobblehead, however, looks like it has seen better days. Maybe you could ask George to send you a new one! Grandma C.
