Halloween 2006

Donovan here. I could sit here and hack away at the keyboard, trying to come up with just the right combination of witty and meaningful prose to describe the wonder and joy that is Halloween... Or, I could just shut up and show you a picture, which is really all you want anyway. (I'm looking right at you, Grandma Bunny.)

Fine. Here you go:

There, feel better? I don't know why I even try anymore...

Since we've been blogging so long now, we can compare this year's Halloween to last year's. Man, those costumes are so 2005... but on the upside, our candy haul was a little better this year; less hard-to-eat Tootsie Rolls, and more choke-friendly Skittles. Although I saw Mom and Dad hovering over my pile of candy a little too long last night...

Maybe I should go now...

thank you boys for the great photo of Halloween- do hope you had better weather than there in Ohio cold and rainy here-not too many kids out here-what you dad was looking for in your great candy assortment was malted milk balls- he loved them when he was your age- probably still does-- love, grandma bunny

What a cheesy smile. Looks like you were coerced into the picture scene. They probably took valuable trick or treat time out of your schedule to snap that picture. Anyhow, great costumes. Hope you have lots of candy to get you through November. Love, Grandma C.

Looks like my nephews had an Uncle Brian style Halloween - a K-night from Monty Python's Holy Grail and a Pittsburgh Steeler.

Here's a tip: don't eat all of the candy at once. Save a few pieces for tomorrow...
